If I remember correctly, I have an old version of VirtualPC somewhere, if that might be a better option. For example, PowerPC applications continue to run on Intel hardware thanks to Mac OS X's built-in PowerPC emulator, Rosetta. Apple’s plan was to replace the PC with the Mac, and Mac clones featured Apple style hardware on LPX motherboards. Later on Apple would lift bits and pieces of things they enjoyed from the PowerPC standards such as Open Firmware, PCI, and even PS/2 and VGA ports on the clones. ![]()
